2024
At 666 Greenwich Street, our team completed a 2024 mechanical upgrade involving the rigging in place of three counterflow cooling towers. The project included replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and condenser water return (CWR) piping, new pumps, and the installation of three variable frequency drives (VFDs) to improve system efficiency and operational control. Executed in a dense urban setting, this project highlights our experience delivering coordinated cooling tower replacements with minimal disruption to building operations.
