At 98 Cutter Mill Road in Great Neck, our team delivered a 2025 mechanical upgrade centered on improving the performance and reliability of the property’s cooling tower system. The project involved rigging in place two counterflow cooling towers, followed by the replacement of existing condenser water supply (CWS) and condenser water return (CWR) piping. Two new variable frequency drives (VFDs) were installed to provide enhanced system modulation and improved energy efficiency. This project demonstrates our expertise in executing precision rigging and piping upgrades in occupied commercial environments.
