At the Sonesta Hotel in New York City, our team completed a 2023 rooftop mechanical upgrade focused on improving system performance and reliability. The project included rigging in place two counterflow cooling towers, replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping, and installation of two new variable frequency drives (VFDs). This work showcases our ability to deliver complex cooling tower projects within active hospitality environments while maintaining operational continuity.
