At 53 Park Place, our team executed a 2023 rig-in-place replacement of a single counterflow cooling tower. The scope included replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping and reconnection of the existing variable frequency drive (VFD). This project highlights our ability to efficiently execute targeted cooling tower replacements in constrained urban rooftop environments.
