At 125 West 45th Street, our team completed a 2023 rig-in-place replacement of a closed-loop cooling tower serving the building’s mechanical systems. The project scope included replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping and reconnection of the existing variable frequency drive (VFD). This project demonstrates our expertise in specialized cooling tower applications and precise mechanical execution in high-density urban settings.
