At 60 Broad Street, our team completed a 2017 build-in-place installation of four crossflow cooling towers as part of a major condenser water system upgrade. Scope of work included replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping and the installation of new structural steel to support the upgraded equipment. This project reflects our long-standing experience executing large-scale cooling tower replacements in high-rise commercial environments.
