At 100 Broadway, our team performed a 2023 build-in-place cooling tower replacement to upgrade the building’s aging mechanical infrastructure. The project involved installing three crossflow cooling towers, replacing condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping, and installing three new variable frequency drives (VFDs). This project demonstrates our ability to modernize critical cooling systems in active commercial buildings while improving energy efficiency and system reliability.
