At 200 Water Street in New York City, our team completed a 2024 build-in-place cooling tower replacement project designed to modernize the building’s condenser water system. The scope included the installation of four crossflow cooling towers, replacement of condenser water supply (CWS) and return (CWR) piping, new pumps, and associated structural steel modifications. This multifaceted project required close coordination between mechanical, structural, and electrical trades and reflects our capability to manage complex cooling tower installations in high-rise urban buildings.
